How Do You Know that a sales intervention is working ? EnqAr  can help clients obtain critical data to monitor implementation and measure outcomes. In a nutshell, you'll know the impact the training intervention you had.  We measure outcomes by comparing post-training performance to pre-training levels of performance.

EnqAr shall prepare two unique measurement reports to show how the  sales intervention has worked  based on your data

Skill enhancement report : The specific skills gained by participants immediately on completion of a Sales Workshop

Profit Impact report : EnqAr shall prepare a sales intervention impact report if relevant pipeline data pertaining to the sample team is provided

• Before the start of sales  intervention for the sample  of participants
• Post  6 , 12 months of completion of the intervention for the same set  of participants .

This report will show the ROI from “profit impact of the intervention” based on the add on profit from deal size increase, improved margins, win rate , etc..
